A little while since I last went to life drawing (5th April to be precise) Kept up the sketching, so didn't feel particularly rusty - phew! This week we had Arthur. Decent session on the whole. John was considerate to give us some long poses; which inspired me to take out my new watercolour pan set. So some gestural, full figure and then some watercolours towards the bottom.

Must admit I hadn't much clue initially, with the colour - I tend to think in line, and than in itself is enough to consider when trying to capture the human form. Generally pleased with my efforts!
